School Development Priorities
We strive to provide the very best for all our children. To enable this, we are relentless in improving both our practice and our provision. The School Development Plan (SDP) identifies priority targets and breaks them down into specific actions and success criteria to help measure implementation and impact. We set clear timescales [by term] and determine how to effectively use both human and material resources to support specific goals. It also helps us plan and prioritise our budget and guides how we plan and organise staff training.
Governors regularly visit the school to meet with staff and pupils to monitor the progress of the SDP. We want our SDP to give everyone an understanding of where the school is going and what actions will be taken to ensure we get there.
