As part of the EFSPT, we have close links with other schools within the Trust. Local to us are Alderton Infants, Alderton Juniors, Hereward, Whitebridge and Oak View.

We link up with local secondary schools such as Roding Valley, Debden Park and Davenant, who coordinate experiences for our children, such as PE workshops, language days and performances for our children to watch.

We have links further afield too, including welcoming students from China. Staples Road families host students, and they come to Staples Road to experience life in a British school, form friendships and improve their English.

Staples Road Primary School works closely with Loughton Cricket Club who provide access to their sports field throughout the year.  The field is used for cross-country and particularly in the summer for cricket and a range of activities during the annual Sports Week in June. We have links to St Mary's Church and Rev Malcolm delivers regular assemblies to the school around religious festivals. The choir also sings at the Church Carol Service every year. Their website is here.
